-24 business hours notice required before desired check-in date

-Call for an appointment to tour facility
WHAT TO BRING:
-At least 2 personal contacts in case of an emergency
-Personal care items needed (shower materials, diapers, etc.)
-For AT RISK CLIENTS, bed alarm required
** Clients with dietary restrictions must provide specifics as to their food restrictions and/or provide own food(s).
